State Farm® Insurance Agent Regina Hart

"Buyer beware!! I would not recommend this agent for ANY of your insurance needs. This agent does not work for you and her only interest is that your policy is in her office so she can line her pockets with the commission from those policies under her. We have been loyal and long time family members of State Farm for over 40+ years! This agent not only has no regard for her clients, she does not go to bat for you if you have an issue. My father filed a claim due to roof damage to his home during that last severe storm that blew through Tucson. The claims department kept closing his claim without ANY communication except a letter. We had requested multiple calls, and finally reached Ms. Hart to assist in the process. Her form of assistance was facilitating a three way call. She never once initiated an appeal, or once requested the decision be addressed by a supervisor. The damage from HAIL & WIND was evident, but the claims department is trying to say there was no HAIL damage, but clearly wind damage was visible and had an impact on his roof. Yet, they are choosing to deny his claim altogether. After speaking with a public adjuster we have some additional information to go by and will be addressing this further with State Farm. Once this issue is resolved, we will be looking for another office, and an agent that will truly look out for his/her clients. We have had great service with State Farm, but it takes an agent who KNOWS you, KNOWS your household, and is willing to work FOR you and not against you. An agent who will review your policies and household once a year to ensure your home and auto are adequately insured and covered. Ms. Hart failed on this level and we found out my fathers home is severely underinsured. Thankfully the only damage he encountered is the roof, which is easily replaceable. Based on this, and our previous dealings with State Farm, we highly urge anyone to steer clear of this office and agent. I had to add a star in order to post this review, but clearly Ms. Hart does not even deserve the single star I was REQUIRED to add."

"Slow to respond. Never call to check whether my needs have changed. My previous agent do an annual assessment of my insurance needs as well as financial. I normally sense I am a bother to them when I call for questions. They don't care if we are involved in an accident. They just pass the buck to state farm claims. Rare to get a live person during their office hours. Does not come across as friendly. Standoffish."
